Product arrived on time and in great shape. Fit and finish seemed nice upon inspection. Installation went easily and quickly. However, while torquing the bolts to the recommended specs, one of the fastener nuts spun (broke) and will not tighten at all. After installing both sides I noticed that both bars are very flexible when weight is applied (150 lbs yields 1-2 inches of deflection). These are nowhere near as rigid as the factory step bar. This causes me concern for how well these will hold up over time.

First set came in damaged. Second set arrived in just a coupe days in good condition. Return was painless and easy.

The N Fab bars are easy to install. It took less than 30 minutes to mount both sides. There was some issues finding which bars fit my truck and I had to contact N Fab directly. Some confusion on their website with newer vehicles.The only drawback is that I would be more comfortable if these were frame mount. They move a bit when stepped on and older bars that I have purchased for previous vehicles were more sturdy.

I ordered this product thinking that it was manufactured by n-fab in Houston, TX. When I received the product, it was packaged by Smittybilt out of California and was marked 'Made in China'. If I knew it was made in China, I would have purchased another product.One of the bars was dented when I removed it from the box, and I had to pound it out with a rubber hammer.The bars do say 'n-fab' on the step pads, and they do look good. Just be aware that you are buying a Chinese product from a company in California, if you are ok with that. I however am not.

These nerf step bars work and look great on my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500 4x4! Great packaging, fast delivery, easy installation! This design was the best of all the different step bars I researched!
