I got busy over the past year after my purchase and I used this product less than for 15 full charges.Recently, I got some time to play some games and I have been using this for a couple of days and out of nowhere the dock does not even turn on and won't charge the batteries for both of the batteries.I tried testing with 3 different cables and different power sources so it definitely died.

First day using these battery packs. Bought Black Friday for 50% off so I can’t complain. Batteries charge fast and have an indicator light that turns from red to green (batteries done charging) first impression, battery life is fairly good using wired headset. So far 5 hours+ gameplay and 1/2 battery. Would recommend for a gamer!

I got tired of having to buy a new pack of batteries every few months so I purchased this. It is a great product for the money. The batteries last long enough but they definitely lose power faster than regular double A batteries. But I am totally fine with that because there is always the backup. I’ve been using them for a while now and haven’t noticed any drop in performance, will update if I do. I would recommend buying.

We received these batteries and charger on January 27th. Today while my youngest was trying to play XBOX and turn on the remote I noticed smoke coming from the controller (controller is brand new purchased from Microsoft only 1 month old). I swiftly snatched the remote from my son's hand, removed the back and noticed the battery spewing smoke from the top corner. I'm just grateful that I was present to see this happening. It freaks me out to think what could have happened if I wasn't here 😯. Do yourself a favor and don't be like me trying to save a buck on cheap batteries or things can potentially EXPLODE! 🤦***Update*** I just realized that the plastic surrounding the positive battery terminal melted due to the battery overheating and now the rear trigger sticks. I contacted NexiPC (seller) and they said that they will not cover the loss of the controller even though their faulty garbage causes the damage. They told me.to contact Microsoft and ask them for a warranty return. How in the world is Microsoft going to give me a warranty refund when a 3rd party battery caused the damage!!!? Complete garbage products and company. Spend the extra money and get Microsoft rechargeable battery. It's twice as much but worth it. Now I have to buy another controller.***3/24/2021 Update***Chris from NexiPC actually reached out to me and got straight to the point. Chris immediately offered to replace the damaged XBOX controller, refund the money spent on the batteries, and replace the batteries and charger at no cost. True to his word, the controller and battery replacement arrived yesterday. I'm totally shocked at the professionalism and willingness to make things right. I totally expected the opposite to be honest. Thank you again Chris and NexiPC!

This is a must have if you have an Xbox. My kids were going through batteries until I got this and it works great.

I am very happy with my purchase of these Xbox controller battery packs and charger. I plug it right into my Series X and it charges both batteries just fine. Just be careful when ejecting these batteries. I pressed the release button and the battery literally ejected and smacked into my tv screen. It did not cause any damage but make sure you press the button gently when releasing the battery.
