The first one I ordered came in a huge 55 inch box with the coat in dusty plastic upon opening there was no battery or charger... Reached out for replacement and the second one came condensed in Milwaukee packaging and did include it. Seems the first one was probably a return they didn't pay attention to. Please check the size chart before ordering these run small

I bought this for a Christmas present. Ordered a size big to make sure it would fit and it wasn't even close. I ordered a 3x and it fit like an xl. So I returned it at a cost of almost 20 dollars and got a 5x. They sent a 4x which is maybe smaller than the 3x is. At this point rather than spend another 40 dollars to try again, I'm just going to eat it and purchase from a different company all together. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Ordered a 5xl, was even labeled as 5xlThis was a 3xl at most.I was fooled by the title and name of company.Jacket is not leather, it is 100% polyester.Otherwise the jacket seemed ok.

working terminatining wires all day guy next to me was shivering all day working on the water i bought extra battery as i work in 10 degree weather ran it all day still had half power as for the jacket only complaint is hood sucks has velcro for neck and not much to keep your head warm add something that wraps your head your fine ill rate it 8 out of 10 at 55 years old you start feeling cold more often couple of guys looki ng into buying same 1
