So happy to have found this on Amazon. Identical to the one that needed replacing. Even better is the service, if needed, to help in pairing the remote with the bed frame. I called the number on the instruction sheet. The gentleman explained he was helping someone else, but would return my call in approximately 15 minutes. Not only did he return my call, he was extremely patient in walking me through to make sure the pairing was successful! Five stars for the product and another five stars for the service.

The remote may work fine but I have not been able to use it to date. Since my adjustable bed frame is already assembled, so far, I have not been able to access, locate, or reach the power control box which is on the underside of the adjustable base, The adjustable base is extremely heavy. I could not lift or move the base at all by myself nor could I reach the power box under the bed. If you buy this item, to replace a remote that is not working, you will probably need two people to remove the mattress and find and reach the power control box. The directions included with the item include a link to a YouTube video. However, the video only shows programing the remote with an adjustable base that is not yet setup (not upright) but rather still in the box flat on the ground.

This remote did not work to operate the adjustable bed frame because only one remote per bed will operate.I already have one. I bought the 2nd one for my husband. The description did not mention only one per bed. The seller refuses to give refund $100. Refund

I really couldn't believe the price but after doing some research I had to get it after losing my remote. I had surgery and needed the ease of sitting up without having to stress my body too much. I took about 5 days to arrive after being processed and was easy to set up with the instructions provided. No issues with the remote...I just dropped the stars due to the price. No Way such a little device should cost this much.

My son had some difficulty even with UTube. I finally remembered where the box was and the set of directions that came with the remote only took a few minutes. The price was rather steep. It works well. I wish it had come with batteries.

You could play “Never Have I Ever” with this item, as in “never have I ever seen instructions for an electronic device be so well written and easy to understand”! After reviewing the instructions (I never read all of anything) it quite literally took me less than 5 minutes to get the device working, and more like 2 minutes with most of that time locating the box on under the bed! For something ordered at the beginning of December, shipping was extremely fast!

Like that the item got to me in a timely manner. The instructions that came with product was clear and easy to understand. As for the price. As far as it goes with other similar items the price was fine. Just for my taste it’s really high for just to be a remote.
