Super easy install and able to be adjusted on the fly. I love that it includes 200g of weight as this is more than enough for most setups.

This will properly balance your camera on a gamble if it’s front heavy. I have a. BMPC 6K on a RS3 Pro and it’s front heavy due to my prime lens and Matt box with ND filter. This item works great.

I intentionally used this thoroughly prior to writing this review because I want you to get the value you'd expect from a product you'll purchase online. I hope I was able to add value to help you decide.I tested this using 77D with Tamron's 17-50 VC lens on board DJI's RS3.This enabled be to use the full range zoom of my Tamron. Without the counter weight, the motor of the RS3 is not strong enough to tilt both the body with the lens.I only need one counterweight to correct the location of the camera/lens to clear the back brackets of the RS3.I just hope it came in with a mat black color finish. lolEasy 5-star.

well made and fits perfectly to the RS2 sliding plate (and also to the Smallrig extra-long sliding plate). Quick and easy to attach and multiple screw points on the sides and underneath. A good, cost-effective solution.

As i've recently bought the Fujifilm X-H2, I underestimated how much of a difference the weight would affect the balance of my setup when using the DJI RS3. Luckily, I was able to get this through the Amazon Vine program in exchange for an honest, unbiased review. These gimbal counterweights really do make a difference when I use the Fuji X-H2 along with the somewhat heavy 16-80mm lens. The entire setup is around 4 pounds, but where was something about the center of gravity that just didn't seem to work, making the balancing act with the gimbal a tough one. This kit works well. The clamp is not as smooth as I would want it to be. The counterweights are really well made. The finish is professional and they do make a difference.Recommended.

I run a Canon R5 with that monster 28-70 f/2 lens, a setup that is about 5 pounds. On the gimbal, the lens is so heavy and wide that it can be unwieldy. The solution? Add more weight! But this time in the right places to help counteract the lens weight. These two 100 gram weights add almost 1/2 pound to the gimbal but make the whole set-up more nimble. The weights are fine, I didn't re-weigh them for accuracy but they seem about right. The supplied clamp is not as smooth as say a Wimberley or even SmallRig clamp, but it works. It just seems a bit more coarse or rougher in the adjusting mechanism. But you only need to tighten it down once and leave it, so not a big deal. It's a good price for just the weights alone and the finish on the weights is professional with good grip on the knurled edges. I would buy this again for my backup system when I have the B-roll videographer with me.

I have a Ronin-S gimbal that I use with my Canon SLRs. I found that it also works with a phone clamp, so that I can shoot my S22 Ultra on it--which is GREAT.But, because the S22 Ultra is considerably lighter than the payload the Ronin-S expects, the motors don't **love** the lighter load, and it's hard to tune it in. Not impossible, just tricky. When I saw this little NEEWER geegaw, for counterbalancing long lenses in normal use, I wondered if it would provide the extra weight so that I could set up the phone a little easier. And YES. It works, and it makes setting up the phone and getting it tuned-in much easier.I suspected it would be great quality, as NEEWER specializes in these little gadgets and whatsits for solving the little problems that crop up with photo gear. And it was. It's HEAVY. It turns out I needed only one of the weights to tune in the gimbal for the phone, but I show it with both installed in the picture. You can install them facing down or out (on either side). And I imagine you could use it without the weights to rig something else.In the last pic, I'm showing it actually mounted on the Ronin's gimbal shoe. So, it matches up and doesn't look like something Jethro Bodine rigged.Five stars.

Mounting a Canon 5D Mark IV with an EF24-70mm lens onto the Weebil 2 proved a challenge to achieve balance. It is a fairly large camera and the grip side of the camera protrudes so far that it restrains movement to find a good mount. I tried automotive wheel weights but they were awkward to stack and secure securely. Then I found this and it does exactly what was required. It still takes some patience and maneuvering but it is definitely worth the little time it takes to find a perfect balance.
