I just purchased a home and needed a bed for my elderly mother. That brought me to this adjustment frame. It has been great on her back especially with the various positions. she hasn’t slept in a bed in years, but this adjustable frame allowed her 3 nights of sleep through the holidays in an actual bed. The price for it is decent and it was easy to assemble. This frame is HEAVY. I think the box weighs 145 pounds. So it is definitely takes 2 people to move it. I love the nightlight underneath as well.

Super heavy bed frame so make sure you have someone helping you carry and assemble. The assembly itself was easy. And I love the adjustability. I love that I can use it with almost any bed frame. I had a platform one. It worked with the platform but it was too high. It was perfect once I removed it. The massage function isn't impressive but that wouldn't stop me from buying it again.

I bought this frame after watching tons of videos about people praising its functions and raving about the massage feature. Overall, the frame seems sturdy and it now comes completely pre-assembled - you just have to attach the legs. Forget the videos that show you how to put the frames together and hook up wires, it's all already done. On the one hand, this is great as there is not assembly. On the other hand, this means you have to lift the 150lb frame in one piece. Even with two people, that's 75 lbs each. If you bought this because you have back problems, prepare for some back pain. If I did it again, I'd pay for setup.The remote could be a bit more intuitive. There are unnecessary buttons - the read and the TV button do the exact same thing. Yet there is no button to turn the light off - you have to cycle through all the colors each time. The massage feature just vibrates the bed. No need to deposit a quarter. That's it. The videos claiming what an amazing feature it is had to be paid reviews. It's more of a gimmick and rather loud, even on the lowest setting. The frame supports app control through bluetooth, but only on one phone. There is no way to attach a headboard, but you can place this frame inside a bed that has a headboard.So, what's the difference between this frame and the cheap ones you find on here? I noticed that with the cheap frames people complain that there are large gaps in the inner structure, causing mattresses to sag. That's not the case here. The inside is mostly solid, which is why it's so heavy. It will support mattresses perfectly. Unlike most of the other frames, this one is not made in China. It's made in Taiwan. So, it's definitely not made in the same factory as the bargain bin frames. Lastly, the motors move smoothly and are nicely quiet. Overall, it feels like a quality product.

Liked that the adjustable bed came pre-assembled with the exception of the legs. No tools needed. It has some nice features. I don't think it's noisy. The instruction manual came WITHOUT a Product Registration, but it did contain an 800 number. I called and they answered by another company name and not Nectar. Anyway, they told me if I had any problems to just produce a copy of the invoice and the serial number. They confirmed it came with a one-year warranty for labor and parts, and a two-year warranty for parts.

So very disappointing when a manufacturer advertises something but the feature is not there. The manufacturer shows upper and lower body massage but there is only upper body massage. There is one motor underneath the bed for the upper body area and no motor for the lower foot area. It also states it is whisper quiet. The massage motor is loud. I do not recommend this bed

I love my new adjustable base. It was really heavy as the whole base is one piece and you can't carry it in small parts. But once it's in place it made set up super easy. Unfold, screw in the legs and cut zip ties voila. The settings and ease of use are great especially the multilevel massage feature. Love it!
