This item has potential but was manufactured missing connections on one side so it is unstable and not professional looking. I would like a refund and replacement for it but worry they will be the same problem.

This display is easy to assemble and is very pretty. the only thing is that the black isn't always the best color to display my pendants. I'm going to try and add a strip of white or off-white to offset the colors of the pendants, but the display is very nice. I would buy another one.

A beautiful display but it breaks easy. Mine has broken twice and I’ve had to use screws to put it back together. If it didn’t break I would recommend because it does display necklaces nicely. I also wish there was a back panel of some sort to hides the chains from the necklaces.

SHIPPING:The item arrived as scheduled in about three days from order to arrival. Shipping was free with Prime. Package arrived in excellent condition; no damage to box or contents.UNBOXING/ASSEMBLY:The item came unassembled and included assembly instructions, dowels, and screws with which to put it together. It included extra dowels, and an extra screw which is nice for those who might have an "oopsie" moment and lose one.While not required, I used glue for the dowels for added security. The actual assembly was straight forward and took about 15 minutes from unboxing to final assembly.PERFORMANCE:We are using this at craft fairs to display stone necklaces, and while we have not yet used it for such, I think it will hold up just fine in normal circumstances, but in windy conditions I think it *may* topple over. The slots are a bit loose so I looped the chains and ropes around to prevent them from slipping down. It did take a while to place the necklaces onto the display using this procedure, but they all look great against the black velvet. The assembled item is permanently assembled so there is no disassembly for storage, or transporting. We plan on leaving the necklaces on display but enclosed in a tote during transport and storage.Overall we are quite pleased with this item, and will most likely order another very soon. [Like in the next few minutes. LOL]

This was a game changer. We used it to display necklaces, and it was easy for customers to see them and pick. I saw some reviews about chains dangling in the back. They do dangle, but it was not an issue.The construction is a bit flimsy, but some super glue fixed that. We did not try using the screws that were included. It can’t be dismantled now, but it’s ok.Very happy with how it increased our sales.
