the hat fits strange, and the fabric sides are doubled and rolled up, trapping heat around the head

I bought these hats for one of my sons who is in culinary classes. Unfortunately he inherited my large size head and it is difficult to find hats that fit. I was worried that even with the adjustable feature it would not fit him but to my happy surprise it did! I had to try several before I found these that fit.
