Note, this does not come with a blind spot monitoring sensor. It must be transferred from your old light or bought separately.PROS:- Looks identical to OEM for a fraction of the price- LED lights are built-in just like OEM- Easy to installCONS:- The running light is slightly dimmer than the OEM version- Doesn't come with installation clips so you have to reuse the old ones which are easy to break or misplace- [Update 2025-02-23] When remote starting the vehicle during daylight this taillight does not come on but the OEM does. This is not an issue when remote starting in the dark or once getting into the vehicle and driving. Minor issue and I wonder if there is a coding fix for this.Considering the OEM taillights are about $1500 - 2000 this is an amazing bargain!

Now I understand why the dealership cost is so expensive, it's because they include the blind spot detection module. The blind spot detection module could not be easier to take out and replace into this unit and saved me $1,500. I hope it lasts a fair amount of time. When screwing the module back into the new unit there were no threads, that was the toughest part. A few automotive mechanic friends were very impressed at this aftermarket part.

So far product is working great with no issues or water/moisture leaking into unit🤞.Price is AWESOME compared to factory replacement part. $300 to Ford's $2000.Remember it does not come with radar sensing module, but save old one and it's a easy 15 minute swap.

this tail light looks and works fine and is so close in looks to the OEM, it hard to tell the difference. Fit just fine and I was able to place the BLIS sensor inside its cavity just fine. I went to 2 different dealerships just for the replacement light unit and one wanted $1,700 and the other wanted $1,500,!!!! That's hiway robbery in my book!!! Save yourself a ton of money and buy this taillight. It's super easy to install too... plug and play. I'm just an ordinary female and if I can do it, so can you. You will have to purchase the BLIS sensor (if you need a new one) from a dealership, and it will be expensive ($550-650) and you may need it calibrated too (around $200 or so), but the dealership that I first checked with wanted over $3,000 for labor and materials just to replace my left tail light and sensor!!!! Buying this tail light, the sensor, installing it myself and getting the sensor recalibrated cost me less than $1,000. I'm still pissed that I had to pay that much for a bloody taillight, but it beats the heck out of over $3k. Never buying a Ford again.

Doesn't quite match the brightness of OEM. Better to replace both so you can't notice the difference. Need to swap the radar unit from the OEM piece as it doesn't come with it.

I decided to try this product because Ford wanted $1300 for an OEM one. It fits the truck perfectly, and the Blindspot module was very easy to swap over. You can’t tell the difference at all except for the running light being slightly dimmer. The brake light – turn signal and reverse light is just as bright as the original.

It is true that the running light bar is slightly dimmer than the original but I can live with that for one third the price or more for OEM. Does the job that I need it to.

I had a cracked tail light but the blind spot and all the lights still worked. I call the local ford dealership and they wanted $1700 for the light unit and $330 for the installation cost (1.5 hr of labor). I bought this light for less than $250 and watched a youtube video on how to switch it out and was able to change out my light in less than 10 minutes (including the blind spot module)with no issues. The light looks great and the colors of the lights are the same. Because its LED and there are not bulbs to move over or change it literally was one plug for the light and one plug for the blind spot. (Seriously less than 10 mins) I cant believe ford wanted to so much for something I did so quickly. DISSAPOINTED IN FORD! The only thing left to wait and see is if it last and if it is truly water tight and has no issues in six months or so. Thats why i gave it 4 stars at this point but if it last then 5 STARS FOR SURE!..... But totally worth the savings of $1800....
