I have a 2000 Polaris Trailblazer 250 2 stroke. I installed this and a niche jug after I bought the four wheeler. The quality of the piston is excellent, the rings were good quality. I've put approximately 30 or so hours on it. I've pulled a pretty good sized tree with it, vehicles, and a few other things and it does very well. If you have one of these four wheelers, I would recommend for you to ignore the oil injection all together and just used mixed fuel. The reason the piston failed was due to the oil injection pump leaking. I would recommend this to anyone needing a good brand piston!

I used this product on my sons 2001 polaris trail blazer, worked great, the only thing I did not like is that the kit does not include the bearing for the rod/shaft but other than that the kit is a great product.

Bought this for my 2002 Polaris trailblazer that was literally dumped at my house because it wouldn’t run. So I checked all the basics and everything checked out except for no compression/ slapped this bad boy on and it started right away on the FIRST try! Bike runs strong and now I get the stink eye from the old man that gave it to me when he sees me riding it. Oh and also the packaging is pretty cool. 100% satisfied

This fits a standard TrailBoss or TrailBlazer 250. The fancy coating on the sides of the piston scrapes off very easily, so that feature does not add much value.
