I gave it one star so I could actually write a review. This is another piece of Chinese junk. It paired the first time with my TV and the sound was just OK, so I decided to keep it vs the trouble of a return. Just over 30 days later it lost connection' besides other problems, and just would not pair again. I had it connected to the HDMI ARC on a brand new smart TV. I tried the Optical cable, then the Aux. cable to no avail. I will not try Bluetooth because I'm fed up. Since it's past the 30 day return window I'll just have to eat the cost, and to the landfill the who works goes. Beware of this item. It is total garbage.

I needed a small basic sound bar with good volume and sound quality for my bedroom TV which is an Amazon fire tv. At first the sound bar fit the bill. The sound is strong and clear,it's a great space saving size, and it's easy to set up but it started having connectivity issues with Bluetooth that progressively got worse and by the time I got really fed up and wanted to return it the window closed. Just spend the extra $40-50 and get quality/ proven brand

Pretty good sound on AUX, which I'm fine with. It's slight edges out my 6 year old built-in TV Speakers. Right now, it's hooked up to an Alexa input. I was going to use it for my TV via the provided Optical cord to, the only port open on my 2018 Samsung TV, but it produces a really bad staticy noise, switched the males, still get the same noise. I'm not sure if the connection is bad due the age of my tv. Easy to set up on AUX. I like that it came with several different cord types. Unfortunately the remote didn't come with batteries. There is lifetime warranty once it's activated, located at the bottom of the box, so don't throw away the box immediately.

Placed it in my guest bedroom, under my 32" Fire TV for their entertainment pleasure and it works perfectly . Itfills the room with quality sound.Easy set up makes this a must buy for a secondary room.

Super easy set up. I added batteries to the remote (not included) and clicked the Bluetooth button. My TV found it immediately and I was done!Don't expect concert hall or movie theater sound for this price point BUT they provide 3 different connection cables including optical! I am using it in my bedroom to provide sound closer to the bed in lieu of across the room where the TV is so I LOVE the compact size.The power cord is short so you may be limited on the end location of the soundbar.Seller shipped immediately and I received the next day.I recommend this purchase and this Seller.

The setup was easy after connecting the Hdmi Arc wire from the soundbar to the TV and plugging the ac adaptor into a wall outlet. I then went into the sound menu of the TV where the soundbar was right up. You click on it and the tv remote will control the volume. There are no sound settings however, (bass, treble) that I found to adjust on the TV menu because standard sound settings on the TV are disabled if the soundbar mode is chosen. That's fine because I believe the increase in sound compensates. There are 3 sound settings on the soundbar remote: music, movie and news. I chose movie as it sounds better than the other two. There is no subwoofer by the way. For the cost, relative to the purpose and ease of setup, I will keep it.

I wanted a small soundbar for my bedroom TV. I specifically wanted an ARC enabled unit. It's not the main place I watch TV, so I just wanted something a lot better than the TV speakers. Using ARC, I only need the TV remote to manipulate it.It did have some quirks. At first, when I turned off the TV, it would turn off then turn itself (the speaker) back on. I was able to remedy this by using the power button to turn it off.. it hasn't done it since. Also, depending on your TV you may or may not be able to adjust the speaker sound settings using the TV. Most TVs will allow you to do so.That being said, if you don't have an ARC equipped device, this may not be the most cost effective option given the inability to adjust sound directly on the unit.Sound quality is satisfactory for the price point, and leagues above the TV.Highly recommended as a low price ARC option (it also takes up little space).

I am not technical at all as far as wiring TVs, etc. Our TV is not Bluetooth. This comes with three different cords. The instructions were very understandable and easy to do. If you have a wall mount TV-just a hint - take a picture of the back. I ended up using the headphone jack and it works beautifully. The sound is good and we are most pleased. It fits right under the TV. My husband is hard of hearing and now he can hear the TV.
