Heavy duty j hooks. All my other j hooks are 5/16. Needed some heavy duty ones. Got these and made my own 3/8 chains with these j hooks amazing.

I thought I'd post here the opening of the hook for the axle is 4 inches. The description just says "big enough for a Super Duty axle" but never says how big it is. Very solidly built and heavy. Will do the job.

Bought this to make a recovery hook setup for cars to keep in my pickup for winter The single lane country road I live on is covered by trees so the sun only hits a few spots so 97% of the road stays slick and icy in the winter and it’s one of the last to be plowed and salted so we will see how it works
