If your handlebar diameter is 25.4mm and the stem diameter is 31.8mm, then you can use "25.4 to 31.8MM" handlebar shim as a conversion.
If your handlebar diameter is 31.8mm and the stem diameter is 35mm, then you can use "31.8 to 35MM" handlebar shim as a conversion.

Didnt want to switch out my handlebars or my stem, this was the perfect low cost fix. Bike is just a cruiser so not planning on any rough riding.

And a hard time finding a bar it seems like all the bars that I looked at and need to be shimmed all the classic style bars required shims easy install.

I needed to fit Nitto North road bars to my bike which has a Threadless stem and a 31.5 clamp on the steering stem. These shims did the job perfectly!

Just installed my old cruzer handlebars on the lectric xp 3.0. these works perfect as spacers for the new design. Everything is held in place and doesn't move.

The shims are the proper size and serrated, but no matter how hard I torqued the clamps, the handle bar would rotate. I have bullhorn handlebars so I have more rotational leverage. They would probably work just fine on a straight bar.
