I wish I could leave this with no stars really don't know where to start but this printer is so difficult to set up even for Loyverse POS whatever you do do not waste your money on this printer if you want to use Bluetooth on it you got to buy a Bluetooth Adapter And ethernet cables they want you to waste your money but like I said, do not buy this

I'm currently working on developing custom receipt printer software using ThinBasic and I was hesitant to spend four or five times the cost of this printer on a Star or Epson POS printer. While I've had positive experiences with both brands in the past, I didn't require that level of reliability or price point. I opted for this printer and I am confident that it will perform well in a low to medium usage scenario, handling a few tickets a day.The installation process was straightforward, and the printer functions just as well as I would expect a Star or Epson printer to. I connected it via USB to a Windows 10 system. Although the driver download link was incorrect, a quick search on the support website resolved the issue. Once the driver was downloaded, installation took mere seconds. I haven't connected it to a cash register drawer yet, as I don't have that requirement, but I anticipate no issues when I do.Sending text to the printer from ThinBasic is incredibly simple, as it operates similarly to traditional dot-matrix printers. You can send ASCII text for printing, and it will use the built-in fonts. It supports expanded width and height text, built-in barcode generation, and traditional Windows-based printing (sending data as bitmap graphics rather than ASCII text).The printer is speedy, equipped with an automatic paper cutter, and offers multiple connection ports. My only gripe is that I wish it were more competitively priced. Unfortunately, I discovered that this item was significantly overpriced by around 25 percent. Comparable products were available on Amazon for a much lower price. Sellers should pay closer attention to their competitors' pricing. Due to the high cost, I had to deduct a couple of stars from my rating.

This is small and easy to setup. It supports different systems where you are using android or Mac, etc. It is definitely less bulky than a cash register. You can also setup this up with your laptop at different events and use it.

I have no issue with this. I don't use a lot of Post-it notes, but I do like using these for various jobs and tasks. It connected quickly with my stuff, it works nicely, and I have had no issues with it. It does a pretty good job, and it's faster than I expected.

I got this printer to make receipts for my side business and it works great for that! It's portable and easy to set up and use. I have it set up to use a scanner and spreadsheet to keep track of inventory and sales and this printer allows me to give my customers a receipt on the spot from my tablet!
