This is a sturdy, well-insulated portable tabletop pizza oven. The unit itself is not overly heavy but it's not exactly light however. The steel legs do fold up underneath to make storage more convenient. Included inside the package (which wasn't particularly well-packed) is a propane burner and a wood/charcoal basket. Either one can be slotted into the backside of the oven. The oven's turtle-shell shaped design helps to redirect the heat from the back up and over the top of front side where your pizza (and whatever else you may decide to cook) resides. The design is classic and not ground-breaking but it's done very well and results in an EXTREMELY HOT oven that will boil your cheese in seconds. Pizza will literally be cooked in like 2 minutes, it's insane. There is a knob underneath the oven that you can manually turn to rotate the pizza stone. I was a little hesitant to use it but the oven is insulated safely, though I still wore a grill mitt. I wish they would have included a peel but instead there's a wooden handle that can be attached to a peel or pizza pan, it's really weird. But if you don't have a safe way to remove the pizza I don't suggest putting anything in the oven because that handle doesn't make it easy to remove the stone and you'll just end up with a burnt crisp of ash.

This thing is Boss and very nicely made with heavy construction. Photos attached. This is the First Pizza Oven that we have ever owned so bear with us as we figure this out. We have it attached to use outside on a grill deck and with a 20lbs Propane tank as the heat source. Working temp is between 500- and 900-degrees Fahrenheit. That seems crazy to me. Says to cook a pizza in under 2 minutes...wow. It was simple to put together and easy to hook up. Will update as we use it more but wanted you to see what all comes with it.
