The colors of these highlighter tapes are darker in real life than they seem in the product photos, and I find that they leave text a bit harder to read than a transparent product should. I have had fluorescent-colored highlighter tape that is much easier to read through, so I think what doesn't work for me most about this tape is the muted shades. I also wish that these came with some kind of dispenser or cutter. The tape is tearable, but doesn't always tear at an exact length, and sometimes I pull off pieces longer or shorter than I am intending. Scissors help me get better precision in measuring, but I feel like a conventional tape dispenser would be much more useful.
