I bought 3 carriers from 3 brands and this is my favourite and most used carrier. In this case, you do get what you pay for. Lots of ventilation, reinforced handles and straps, top opening as well as end opening and the ability to run a seatbelt through part of the frame to secure it in the car. The frame is very stable and does not collapse onto the pet inside. The washable comfort cover on the base is a bonus. I highly recommend this carrier for a small to medium cat or small dog.

This is the second purchase I’ve made, of these carriers. Looks good, my 2 rag dolls will happily lay in these as if it were their bed. It’s sturdy, but fully collapses away for storage in its dust cover. As small kittens one bag was fine for them, but they are bigger now. I highly recommend.

This carrier is great for my 4.5lb lion head rabbit. When riding in the car, I love that there are seat belt attachments to keep the carrier in place in my car, or even to click it to the seatbelt while on my lap when my husband drives. It folds down nice and compact and has a sturdy frame on the ends so that the carrier keeps its shape when in use. The zippers are smooth and they lock into place, so that if you have small children they are less likely to quickly unzip the bag when you aren't watching. The top of the carrier has mesh and also a cover so the carrier feels more secure for your pet, especially rabbits, who like small, dark places as prey animals. I like to unzip the top of my carrier while we're in the car so that I can reach in and pet my bunny, since traveling can sometimes be stressful for him. The bottom of the carrier is padded with a nice little bed that has an integrated board so that your pet won't feel like he's drooping or sagging- which is also important to a bunny who will instinctively protect his belly. It is a great carrier, and although I have a hard, plastic carrier, I haven't used it since purchasing this one. The first time my rabbit was in the carrier and I zipped it closed, he did start to try to dig/nibble. As soon as I picked the carrier up, he stopped. Since that first time he does not bite or dig at the carrier, but will start to nudge the side door with his nose once we've returned home from where ever we've been and the I put the carrier down on the living room floor. I would caution anyone who has an exotic pet, such as a guinea pig, ferret, chinchilla, or rabbit to keep an eye out to make sure they aren't going to try to nibble their way out. As I said, my rabbit hasn't tried since that first time when the door was zipped closed and he was inside the carrier. Clean up is easy. I put a puppy-pad down over the bottom and a folded old pillowcase over that, an tuck in the extra fabric. Then I cover the bottom with hay for my bun. He completely lays flat and relaxes and eats his hay while inside the carrier when we travel now. I'd say this is both hoomin and bunny approved!UPDATE: We now have a second bunny, a Holland Lop that weighs 4lbs. This carrier continues to be a hit, especially since I can leave the top partially unzipped and she can pop out her head for pets while I drive. I have included a picture where she jumped on top of the carrier and it did not collapse to the floor! This is a great carrier and it keeps my bunnies safe!

Really like this bag - also great customer support. Giving it 5 stars even though I have a few suggestions for improvements. The size of the bag can be compared to that of a medium Sherpa bag. Good size for travelling. Great size for a "normal" size cat (check your cat's weight it should NOT exceed 13 pounds).Platinum gray is a great colour - I thought it might be a bit too light but the colour is perfect.Easy to assemble. The mat feels comfy and doesn't crumble as much as other, "sheep wool look", type. The Platinum Gray, and Charcoal Ash as well, now feature SEATBELT attachment clips, a recent improvement on the bag.I really like that "air" comes in all around, from the TOP (you can roll back the fabric where a magnetic snap will keep it in place), and all sides. You can carry the bag using the handles or the shoulder straps. There is an ID tag sewn into the bag on one side. You can insert an info card from the right side of it.The zippers lock in the closed position. You can access your pet from the top, both extremities, and even from a small half circle opening on one side.It has TWO pockets:First pocket at one extremity, full width but half the height (would have liked a larger pocket, full height of the bag)Second pocket, smaller, just below small half circle opening on one side.BOTH pockets are "open" pockets, that is they do not close with a zipper, velcro or snap. I do not like this - even if the openings are at the top and seem to stay closed, I fear small objects could escape/fall out.As far as the shape/structure is concerned, it is a very nice bag and it stands well except maybe for a little sagging at the top near the extremities. The rods on both sides of the opening on top of the bag do not reach the extremities. They stop at the yellow cord leaving almost 2 inches unsupported at each end. Here are 3 suggestions for future improvementsA- the structure:- make the rods longer at the top, so they reach closer to the zippers.B- the pockets:- make the pocket at the extremity bigger (give that pocket the FULL HEIGHT of the bag, not1/2 the height as it is now)- close both pockets so that what gets put inside be more secure & worry free.It might be ok for the smaller pocket to close with the help of 1 or 2 magnetic snaps/clips, or some velcro (?) or a zipper. For the larger pocket at the extremity I would strongly recommend closing it with a zipper. When I opened the bag and put it on the floor, my Abyssinian went in right away and had a little nap. He looked pretty comfy... Thanks Mr. Peanut's. Looking forward to the improvements... (?)

I bought two of these for my cats as they could no longer fit into one pet carrier! I love that the bottom is hard and sturdy and can easily contain and comfortably hold my 13 pound cat! They're very stylish and practical, I *love* that the zippers also buckle together, which is an additional worry off of my shoulders as there is no way the carrier would be able to come unzipped, and my kitties get out when they are buckled together. The top part has a little tarp that can roll over, revealing the same mesh-y material surrounding the rest of the crate. it has a lot of pockets which is perfect when the vet gives me papers, as I can tuck them in there, or if you're traveling and need items for your pet the pocket is pretty decent sized! it also has this cool little "window" on one side that can unzip and is just big enough for a head to peek out if you have an animal that loves to know whats going on, or even if you want to be able to put your hand in and comfort your pet as you are traveling, it is big enough to fit one hand in there as well! When it arrived, it didn't stay open, as expected since it is a soft crate, however, after carrying my cats into and out of the vet, the carriers molded and now they stay open and upright without anything holding them up (which my cats love because there is a soft pad on the inside they also love to sleep on!)! Overall, I love these crates, you can tell that they were very thoughtfully crafted with the pet and their comfort and safety completely in mind, and my vet made every other vet in the office come and take a peek at them! They loved them too! :-) Overall every single person (and kitty) is satisfied! Way to go Mr. Peanuts!
