Just as advertised, it has a Velcro backing already on it, and sticks great to felt surfaces, but it also comes with a matching felt surface that can be glued or sewn onto other materials for easy mounting.The black and red look great and the quality of the stitching is good. As you can see from the picture, it’s just large enough to cover the side of a sleeve, about 2.5 x 3 inches.
