This is a great jacket. I was looking for a lightweight 100% down jacket that packs small for travel. This jacket checked all my boxes. I tried on several other brands of jackets of comparable quality. They just didn’t fit right. The other jackets were too wide and loose in the stomach area. This has more of an athletic fit. I’m 6’3”, 210 lbs and the XL fits perfectly. I’ve owned other Mountain Hardwear jackets, and they have never let me down.

This jacket is great! True to size, very warm for a 650 fil, and for those that say it doesn't have a stow or stash pocket, look at the zipper pulls on the inside of the pockets. The one that has a double pull is the pocket you turn inside out and then stuff the jacket in. There's also a loop in that pocket.

The jacket is a nice fit, super warm and blocks wind well. Haven’t worn in snow yet, but in north east you know you’ll be shoveling soon enough! Mountain hardware makes a very good product for the dollar. The colors are wonderful to me. And since it’s been over a decade of their products under my use, gloves, hats, jackets, I’ve yet to find a complaint. Of course we want it cheaper, but don’t sacrifice quality for a dollar! And it’s mostly all comparably priced

Have had many products from Mountain Hardware over the years. I ordered this Down Jacket to replace one that although has held up, just looks worn out from being old, faded and stained. This jacket came quickly and was on sale so a great deal. Fit is true to size.

This is obviously a quality coat but with some flaws. It is quite big through the body, so if you have a gut this will work for you. I might have been able to live with the overly generous body sizing but there is no drawstring cinch at the bottom to prevent unwanted cold breezes. Am returning it which is a bummer because it looks and feels great otherwise.
