Perfect fit and maintain a charge for a long time. Only drawback is the price, but you get what you pay for.

The batteries that arrived do not match the pictures. the ones pictured have two, exposed contacts on one side so the radios will charge in a docking station. The ones that arrived do not. They still charge via USB, so it wasn't a big deal, but I had to throw out the dock.
