i found a crack in the air cleaner boot on my 2003 arctic cat 250cc 4x4 atv. ordered this kit, and probably should have ordered them separately. anyway, the air cleaner boot side of the carburetor fit fine, same length and openings on either end, so that was good. the manifold boot side of the carb did not fit, it's a little shorter, super stiff and did not line up like the old one. I did use the gasket it came with just cleaned up the old boot and used it. not a big deal unless you really need the manifold boot.

The intake has a ridge that is supposed to sit in a groove on the carburetor. There is not enough of an area behind the groove for the intake to slip onto the carburetor. The carb has about 5mm between the groove and the lip. The intake only has about 3mm behind the ridge. So it will not slide all the way onto the carb, it just launches itself off.
