Absolutely love the mop, the design and the product, but did not receive any pads with the order. The product page shows a stack of three pads are included,so hopefully our delivery was a packaging error? Apparently, there’s no way to request just the pads so I’m returning it and asking for a replacement that will hopefully have the pads included. That’s the only issue with it. We tried using old pads from another similar product & manufacturer, but this one is a unique size. It has the Velcro attachments at specific locations. Hopefully there’s a source for replacement pads as well. I will update the review once we receive the new package and we try it and both wet and dry conditions.
