I was sent a returned item. It had been opened and joint was apart. Grease everywhere. Joint also appear damaged. I did not purchase a returned part.

I ordered two upper ball joints two lower ball joints on the 8th I got my last package the other day not in the mailbox like it says but at the front door but there was only one ball joint in the Box so I need another ball joint

This is not moog product. I needed 2 but due to the current shortage situation I was only able to obtain one near me and I found this one on Amazon. A little more expensive than locally but I needed it now not in 2 months. I first received a ball joint and noted right away that this was not a moog product. I placed it next to another ball joint from moog and the differences were huge. Sent it back and asked for a replacement thinking that I would get an actual moog product in return but I was again highly disappointed. The replacement was just as bad if not worse than the first one. Sent it back and ask for a full refund. Given the price point of this product (which is higher than most other places) I would expect a brand name product. The ball joints arrived in a plastic bag with no packaging or name of the product. Not even on the part itself. Note attached photos. The one in the bag is from here and the one not in a bag is an actual moog ball joint bought locally. This is a falsely advertised product listing and should be removed from here or the very least rename the product listing as to not make people think that they are buying a moog product. Do not buy this product expecting it to be as described.

This was not a Moog Ball joint as advertised. I received the master pro ball joint pictured above. This is a much cheaper brand than Moog and a far lower quality part.

Ordered two of these for my classic Chevy with some in trepidation, after reading previous reviews from other folks. They arrived as advertised, new with boot and required hardware included. Look forward to putting on many miles with my rebuilt front end.

Amazed that I could find American made parts cheap for my 1958 Chevy. These replaced the original ball joints and no issues reported with the new ones. Amazon did send me 2 versions however of the ball joint -- one was normal and the other was an "asian spec". Doing a quick search on the Moog site assured me that they were the same because these ball joints were only made for American cars. Also Amazon had them the cheapest!
