Fake, generic ball joint sent. Not Moog; no zerk fitting, castle nut or hole for zerk fitting.

These parts are out of spec and WILL NOT fit. I was having a impossible time getting these to go in...they actually gouged a ridge in my upper assembly and were completely unusable! I measured them with a digital caliper and they are oversize by 5 thousandths of an inch. I wasted too much time and energy with these, I should have read the reviews, but I blindly trusted the name brand MOOG.

Product description says this is a greasable ball joint and shows pictures of a zerc fitting in the end plate on the ball joint. The product received does not have this. There is no zerc fitting or way to grease the ball joint received.

It very well can be a decent part for the money, but it’s definitely not as advertised. This review is from 5/15/21 and the part was purchased from Amazon directly. It came in the Moog branded box, but the part inside is a non-servicable, generic style ball joint. It fits for the application but definitely doesn’t look like anything on the pictures in the listing. Didn’t find any manufacturer designation on the actual part. Pictures of the part received attached.
