I purchased 2 of these to redo the front end of my 2011 Toyota Avalon. One did not have a jam nut, which was disappointing. Neither had any extra grease. According to MOOG factory technician that's expected, as they come pre-greased internally.The jam nut that was provided is slightly larger than the OEM, as are the inner parts of the tie rod that attach to the steering rack. "Meet or exceed" doesn't mean "just use larger parts!"They do seem to work great though.

Easy install on a 2006 Toyota Avalon. Price was very fair, car drives like new now after an alignment. Can’t speak about the durability but the originals lasted nearly 250,000 miles.
