This tool box was purchased for my son, so he could keep his mechanics tools handy in the back of his truck, but hidden under his tonneau cover. Lots of organizing drawers and space in this box.It is a heavy, solid tool box but because of that, it had scuffs and a few small dents and scratches that in received in transit.

Lid stopped closing properly over time. Just didn’t westher well. The shock seized up overtime, causing the lid to band when you would shut it. Now it no longer shuts tight and is very hard to open and close.

Doesn't fit impact socket very well have to skip pegs to make it work. The keys weren't in it so I sent them an email hoping they would send me one but that didn't work out. Had to buy keys. Kinda a pain to put anything on the bottom shelf because the sockets are in the way. But it's weather proof and easy to mount on a flatbed.

We received this tool box and it looks like it has been dropped multiple times and the door will not close and latch - extremely disappointed.

More on the nose then witty. Last thing I want on the job is witty. Montezuma.Socket rail sizing? No . That's the complaint. Not cheap. I care about the product. It suits form and function. Useablity. Dry and clean. Organized reach saves minutes tool loss and ✌️ of mind. The why ain't it. It is personal. The improvement . That would raise the roof is pins . That solidly position mechanical or locking peg. Would improve the product. Snapin off pins to fit a coustom set is cringe worthy at best. The locking mech is meh 😕. I highly recommend the box that saves you. I can't buy more time. Trust yourself love one another.

This is a really nice tool box. Definitely the best mobile tool box I have seen. I have just about every peg and holder full with lots of junk in the bottom and it is very easy to find what you need when you need it. Tools do not move around whatsoever while driving. I’m glad I got the 36” box it has plenty of room for everything you need. I would not go any smaller than the 36”.

Super heavy duty and keeps everything very organized. It's hard to get a good idea of how everything fits with a picture of an empty box, but after seeing one in a friends shop I had to have it. It's designed to be "portable", and I use quotes there because even empty it's quite heavy, and full I can't even see 2 very strong guys lifting it, but people seem to like them for service trucks, and I have seen them on carts in the pits at off-road races. I just loved the organization and wanted it for my shop, and it's perfect.Just a note, you will also wanna buy a label maker to mark all the spaces if you wanna keep everything in order.

I have wanted one of these boxes for a while now and finally I have one. However instead of mounting it to the bed of my work truck I built an angle iron base frame with rollers so I could roll it to the back of the flat bed when I need it. And roll it up to the back of the cab when done. Two locking hasps keep it secured to the back of the cab when not in use and keep it from growing legs when no one's looking. One really nice feature of this box is that all of the sockets, wrenches, screw drivers are securely held in place when the lid of the tool chest is closed. This keeps my tools from wandering around the inside of the box while I'm driving around the ranch. Another nice feature of this style tool box is that every tool is visible and within easy reach, no more hard to open drawers to dig through, no more hidden tools rusting on the bottom of that old box. And the powder coat paint all but eliminates scratched and chipped paint. This tool box is built extra heavy duty, with thick metal and no cheesy spot welds. Great construction, made in America, just like in the good ole days. My only regret is that I waited so long to buy one. I highly recommend this tool box to the serious minded mechanic or farm hand who needs a good solid reliable tool box or road chest. Well worth the money!
