Included quick rough sketch of what this needs.this product has to much side to side play in the upper shock and front upper bolt mounts, it caused me to fall after hitting a bump causing the landing to start wobbling into some bushes only getting a bruise and hurt wrist, also lost phone when i fell. im sending this back. it needs that cross brace and different machined side plates that offer a high quality bearing to be pressed in. while it did ride is was smoother that stock but the play in product is to much for someone on the heavier end of the scooters weight limit.This could use a front X shaped cross brace that incloses shock and helps eliminate any side to side play, it could boIt to the front side piece upper and lower bolts on inside side of side pieces without any suspension interference, and with a light mount bolt hole in middle.looks nice and was fairly easy to put on watch the video on hear however, the video shows a felt grommet that goes in-between the fender and lower shock mount. It was not included and without it the fender rattles, I used some Velcro tie does stacked and a hole punch in center to mimic the felt grommet. If you want another idea for a product make a shortened folding pole so when you have a seat it's more like a pit bike

I installed this on my Hover-1 Journey Max. It was not designed for it, and took a little bit of modification and some spacers. I have been using it for a few months now though and after my install it has made the scooter much better to use on day to day use.My scooter maxes out at 21 MPH and I can say after install it is plenty stable at that speed. I am 240 lbs and the Blue spring seems fine for me.It is heavier than my old stem, but it had no suspension, so I am not worried about that. It did however lift up the front of the scooter quite a bit so I needed to also do a kickstand. I only mention that is you also want to modify it to a scooter it is not designed for.materials wise this is very nice. The steel side plates and hardware all seem really heavy duty. the spring is nice and a standard size, do if it ever does go out you can easily replace it.

This kind of thing basically never comes with instructions. If you need instructions, well, you probably need to go watch some videos or something. This particular suspension kit does not come with instructions, of course.I did not use this with a Segway anything. I put it on a custom scooter. Installation wasn't all that difficult, considering I just customized the scooter to accept it.The build quality here is exceptional. It is made in China, but it neither looks nor feels it. When I first took it out of the box, my cousin refused to believe that it was made in China, until I pointed out the phone number and address on the side. It's really nice.I have built quite a few scooters now, and I think this is my favorite suspension kit, going by how it feels. It definitely absorbs bumps quite well. The only problem I had was trying to find a rim that fit it properly out of my collection of scooter bits. Once I found one, everything went smoothly.
