I am 49, I really could have worn a large, the sleeve band was tight around my arms. I am a size 10. But the leotard was really pretty on and nice.

I use these to work out often wearing them under my tennis dress or other workout clothing if I'm going to events in public. This one is soft, made of durable material, while also being breathable and pretty.

This leotard is made of a very soft yet thick material that is perfect for those long dance days where you need comfort and coverage. The front is fully lined which also helps. The sizing was a little on the larger size so you may want to first order a size down if you land in the lower end of a size range. The fabric has been washed twice without any pulls or any indication of fading but time will tell on durability. The back straps were a little difficult to get untwisted once you have them on but this is true of most camisole leos as well.
