One of the advertisements is that it’ll save water. That I doubt! However, we are enjoying the Fossett and it is working well. One of the things I like is that the Fossett and the base of the faucet stay dry. With a quick wave over the top the water is running. When I go to wash my hands, the water is running when you put your hands under the faucet.I have managed a few times to get my sleeve wet but I think after all things settle down it’s a great faucet and we are enjoying it.The soap dispenser is absolutely wonderful. I can get just enough soap without over soap in which was a problem with the old dispenser. That will save me a lot of soap and refilling, so we like it a lot!

I hate having anything stuck to my hands when I am cooking. I wear gloves a lot and wash them constantly. This faucet is a pretty thing that gives me water with me having to put yuck on the faucet. Greatest thing ever. I love it.

The 2 sensors offered great options and efficiency. Unfortunately, for such investment, it breaks after a few years. First, the batteries start not functioning well and need to be replaced very often after a year. Then, very dangerous, it starts turning on and staying on by itself!! No movement, just the components and sensors acting up. Day or night. Had to wake up at 4am to turn the water off because it wouldn’t turn off! So disappointed. It worked well for two years, then acting up but still working and then dangerously turning on and staying on.

Stopped working within a year of installation. Customer service is virtually impossible to contact -- automated response is to await a call back A WEEK LATER -- seriously! Serious design flaw in that any problem with the electronic control module will cause the water to shut-off; not even the manual lever will work!My advice? Stay away from MOEN, they have serious quality control problems, and zero customer service!

This is a really nice faucet.i did alot of research and decided on the moen. I'm glad that I did. The finish is truly spot resistant,motion sensor is quick. Pressure while it's1.5 gallons a minute which is less then my old faucet is still adequate.should be a good water saver.the spray hose has a good length to it and retracts nicely.It did come with a flaw on 1 of the supply lines.it was a blemish on the stainless and would not have effected the performance of the unit, but when I called customer service they immediately sent me a.new one under warranty. I had it the next day.The motion sensors work great! We never imagined that this faucet would make things at the sink so easy.With all that said I highly recommend this faucet, and I'm now a customer for life.
