Good shoes for work. Gives an elegant, old fashion look. I like the alligator skin. It looks alittle cheap. Size up so it's not too tight. The brown color is really rich.

I think these shoes look as pictured. I got the brown ones and they look fairly fancy. But you can definitely tell that they are fake snake skin and not the real deal. I think they are a good alternative if you are on a budget. It’s too bad they don’t offer half sizes in these. But I do typically wear a size 8. For me the size 8 in these are a bit tight. I do not have wide feet either. And the toe point crushes my toes a little bit. Unfortunately I will not be able to wear these. So maybe just size up a bit when you order these. They do have removable insoles as well. Which you might want to add in your own because the ones they come with are on the thin side. Overall, I think the shoes look decent for the price and just make sure to order up a bit if you need some extra toe room.

I do agree that the material is thinner, and less costly than I hoped it would look. However, I will say that they are warm despite being thin. They do resemble an alligator look, but are clearly not real. They are comfortable. I wore them all day, up and down stairs, and standing for long periods of time off and on; they never rubbed and my feet never got tired. I will also say that I typically wear a size 5. However, I got a 6 in these as that was the smallest size made and I really wanted them; they fit like a 5 or 5.5 so you might want to half size up if you can. I am not sure what others are saying about the tread. I was very confident in them. I work in an environment with lots of water and slippery surfaces and never had any problem at all with the tread.

I am impressed with these inexpensive shoes. I thought they would be all about looks, because they are shiny and stiff, which gives them a crisp and classy style. After walking a couple of miles in them, I am quite pleased with how comfortable they are. And they seem to be holding up OK, I've had cheap shoes fall apart on day 1 but these still look brand new after taking them on walks on pavement, grass, and gravel.The synthetic alligator material you can tell is fake from up close. But from a standing distance, they simply look like a nice pair of shoes. They pair well with a long skirt. The insole is both dense and cushioned. The outer sole is decently thick and the traction is fair to good.My only issues are with the laces and ease of putting on. The laces are small and fiddly, but I am tolerating this inconvenience because I really love wearing the shoes. Since the shoe material is quite rugged, it's not especially easy to insert the foot without loosening the strings. I've not tried wearing them sockless, and probably will not since I expect the sturdy material would cause blisters.I got a size 7, which is my normal size, and they fit perfectly. The shoes have no odor at all. Everyone who has seen them compliments me on them. The color, which is a very deep brown with touch of burgundy, goes with many outfits. It puts me in a good mood to wear them, and I am happy to recommend this shoe as a good purchase.

These are surprisingly true to size. I've had issues with some shoes I've ordered online not fitting right, but I wear a size 10 and these tens fit perfectly. They are made of thin material that looks plasticky (very shiny) and won't be confused for real leather by anyone who sees them up close, but they are still dressy enough to go well with nice clothes. I do like the formal look they give. Fortunately, when worn, they feel more comfortable than they look. The insole is soft but very flat, so I would not recommend them for long term use during the day. Perhaps wear them to a wedding or to church, but I would not recommend them for a dance or something in which you will be on your feet a lot. The tread is light enough that you would not want to wear these in the rain or when it is snowy out. You won't feel safe (or be safe). I'm going to put something on mine to get some extra tread.
