Caught fire this morning. Scared the hell out of me. No idea what happened. I had to tear the bottle off it, spill water everywhere in my kitchen and run the thing on to my patio.

Cold side only gets to 14.5C/57F was hoping for better. But overall unit works as it should. Don’t use the hot said can’t say anything about that.

The first one I received was leaking, and I was extremely upset as this was a large purchase for meMy warranty I purchased with this product was the wrong one and so they would not honor the warrantyPlease be sure that you have the right warranty with this product as it will not be honored if you do not.Also, the warranty was not honored by the warranty company. The company that made this product wanted me to be satisfied and happy.They was very gracious about sending me a replacement.I do however recommend that you take that white tape that you put around a Fossett deep floor, attaching the nozzle that you use this on the water hose attachment. It is very easy to take the hose off and put the tape around it tight and then attach the hose back on with the cap.Please do this before placing your water bottle on the top and plugging it in.The replacement water cooler is working fine, and I am having no leakage of water since I put the white stretch tape on the water outlet in the back.I am now enjoying what I hope is filtered drinking water.I would like to say that, since you cannot adjust the temperature of the water, it will not be real cold, but it will be a slightly cool tasting water. If you are looking for ice, cold water, you will not get it.I highly recommend this company as they want their customer satisfied with their product.💜👍🏻

I've had this dispenser a few weeks now and am very happy with it so far. What I really liked about it when I ordered was that it was a clean, simple design...I like that it doesn't have the bold red and blue handles to distinguish hot from cold so it blends more with the decor. I also love that it has the 3 water settings, hot, cold AND room temperature. I've only ever seen ones before with hot and cold or cold and room temp so this was a bonus and the temperature settings work great. The buttons are a little harder to push down for water then the more typical designs but I like that because my toddler was always playing with those and getting water everywhere. Hasn't been the case with this one! It does make a humming sound when heating or cooling water throughout the day but I would compare it to the sound of a refrigerator. It doesn't bother me. I do wish the water flow was a bit stronger as it can take some time to fill a large cup. But overall loving it!

I have had the absolute BEST experience with this company. The customer service is REMARKABLE! I have no dout this company will skyrocket and do very well. I am %1000 satisfied as a first time customer.UPDATE it’s now 04/16/2024 **10 months later***** it cost about $7 a month for electric, and only cools the water 10 degrees lower than room temp. Only useful for extra water storage. The bottom ti presentable 3lbs of pressure to push also, it’s not a easy nozzle, The bottom doesn’t cool, I ended up getting this for free for receiving an defective one originally, the company handled it amazing, but I honestly don’t want it and when Imove I’ll just give it away. 10 degrees isn’t much. (I’ve never used the hot part) can’t tell yeh how hot it gets

I bought a Brio, brand name and it lasted 2 months and customer service is bad so I bought this brand and so far it’s better, the cold is cold, the hot is hot for tea or coffee but if you add milk it won’t be hot enough, I like it could make them with a inch more room for bottle to refill and directions for the insert stand in tank, but otherwise very happy and save the box incase it has a problem because the last one from Brio would not ship a replacement until you ship defective one first!
