LOVE this towel, it really works ! I get extremely hot doing any activity, and have a difficult time cooling down this towel cools me down within 5 minutes or less I highly recommend it.

It is a long towel. One side is for wiping your sweat and the other to keep you cool. I purchased this towel for working out in the garden in hot weather. It did not work as expected.I have bought other cooling towels that worked better and for far less money. I bought this because of the reviews but would not recommend or purchase again.

For me, this duotowel helps a lot during the infamous Texas heat. Also uses Mission cooling hat & Walmart hydration backpack to stay hydrated & surviving the parking lot temps of up to 114 degrees (45.55 C)
