This was just what I was looking for. I had a hard time finding one that was easy to clean and long enough to fit my 36gal bow front. This fits perfect and makes feeding my bottom feeders much easier keeping the food out of the substrate.

This thing will help me figure out the amount of food I should be feeding in the tank. Right now…. The snails are swarming this thing. It’s so easy to get the ponds snails out of the tank now! I’m about to purchase a second size one now!!!

I use this for my 29 gallon aquarium, and the opening of the tube is above the water level! It’s perfect for getting the bottom feeder foods to the floor. Prior to getting this feeding tube, my options were to lob in forcefully or use my much shorter, standard height tube. Both resulted in bottom feeder food stuck in my plants. This tube is fantastic!Note: I do have substrate in my tank. I imagine it would be a tiny bit too short if you have a bare-bottom tank that’s 18” tall, like mine.

This helps so much with keeping the food for my bottom feeders contained. I have ordered several. Just make sure you measure your tank and get the right length of the tube.
