I have try different types of droppers. They di work good, I prefer the ones that can be filled out without getting removed but so far no leakage .

When I received these water bottles, My first thought was that they were really cheap and would leak. The first bottle I put in the chinchilla cage did not leak at all! The next day I put another bottle in another cage and the next day it had leaked a lot. So I refilled it and made sure the top was on good and cleaned the cage. The next morning, the bottle had not leaked out. I figured that I must have put the top on wrong or loose So I put the last 2 bottles in 2 more cages and none of them have leaked. I check them every day to make sure that they are working and my chinchillas are getting water, they are. I do think the drinking tube should have a bit more of a bend in them so they fit between the horizontal bars better. These bottles really surprised me in a very good way. I highly recommend these bottles!UPDATE: These bottles do not leak. My problem has been that I have to keep checking them twice a day to make sure my chinchillas are still getting water. If the bottles move just a little, it can make the water quit coming out and I have to mess with them until they are working again.

Bought this for our guinea pig cage because they always bite theirs since they are plastic. The metal has been much better with no leaking.
