Gets rather warm because of the dissimilar metals used as the breaker. This is normal so don't sweat it unless it starts tripping.

I see some discussion about DC or AC use. I would like to point out, that the front of breaker states, 400V- 50Hz. I doubt the difference between 50 HZ and 60 HZ will make a difference, but no where does it show a DC rating. Mine is installed in 240V 60 Hz service, and is working just fine.

I used this for a generator to replace an older breaker. The threads on the screws aren't rough, so you have to make sure you tighten them appropriately. Some breakers have tight-fitting threads that makes them stay tight better. These are ok, might even benefit from a little bit of blue threadlocker. I will check them in a month just in case.
