The milky spore is not to be breathed or touch skin. The "dispenser" has no safe or easy way to fill it and it's designed to mimic, i.e. look like, something that dispenses a standard amount - but it doesn't. $20 for a cardboard tube with a salt shaker style dispenser. A Youube vid showed a similar looking tube device that when pressed to the ground - delivered a specific amount. This device only LOOKS like a cheap knockoff of one that works - use a shipping/mailing tube instead and cut a hole out of the end and save your money - but it still won't do a very good job.

First time applying milky spore. It has the texture of flour and it was difficult to get into the tube. I had to make a paper funnell and stuff it down. Then a little tricky to get it to come out the holes in the bottom. Not sure this applicator is the right solution. Would probably work great for some other type of product

End of apparatus came out when I was halfway around. I was unable to repair it.
