well made & durable construction

I highly recommend this address number sign and the company that sells it! We purchased the 18" X 3" sign with the brown background. Looks great with our brown mailbox. Not only are the while letters highly visible during the daytime, at night hey are very reflective and easily visible from a distance.

I was in the market for a address sign for our new mailbox and as a firefighter I loved this. It's a smaller company so that sold me itself. So far it seems to be holding up to the elements and looks great. Only downside to it which is no fault of the company it's on me for not looking, but it was smaller than I expected compared to other address signs. But all together I'm happy with the purchase.

Two weeks ago we needed the rescue squad at our rural location and they almost missed the house because we were counting on stick on mailbox numbers to direct them to our address. Had a long discussion with them after the fact and after lots of searching found Curb N Sign here on Amazon. Sure they have lots of color choices and logos if you roll that way but for me knowing I now have something very simple yet substantial that is highly visible both day and night lets us both feel more safe and secure if we need help again any time of day or night.These are the best reflective number signs I have found anywhere for several reasons.First they are sized to fit the actual width of a 4"x4" post so they are universal fit.Secondly, the reflective layer is really quite good, not just a light background that contrasts with the numbers.Third, the aluminum / vinyl laminate is very durable, I have used similar materials like this in another industry and it provides very good strength with less weight. Also much less expensive than solid aluminum but just as durable.Forth, number size and font style is fantastic for visibility, my house number is three digits long and the spacing filled the sign better than I had expected. Numbers worked out to be 4 inches high and almost as wide as the sign! Very easy to read compared to signs with fancy swirly fonts or smaller thinner digits.Fifth. they are predrilled and are supplied with nice self taping screws with oversize heads so the sign is retained properly.Sixth, it looks and feels like there is a protective overcoat on the silk screened numbers to provide extra protection to the numbers. This will be important if you have snowplows slamming snow and dirt 10 feet from the road.Seventh, no supply chain issues with my order. The plates were produced and shipped the same morning I ordered which was a Wednesday and were shipped from CA to MA First Class USPS in a nice protective cardboard sleeve along with the screws and I received them Friday morning! More than pleased with the response time and came in way ahead of schedule. Your mileage may vary on this point.Eighth, these are industrial quality similar to mile markers on the highway, I want something that will be highly visible to emergency responders as well as delivery people from either direction on the road. These are not cute little sidewalk signs you can mix in with you pretty little flowers, these are serious as a heart attack, very visible, life saving signs!!! And when you are in a remote location where the house may not be visible from the end of your driveway you need every real advantage you can get.I will provide a couple of very minor negatives to balance out the many positives...When the laminate is sheared to size in the factory there is a small burr left on the edges of the material. Since I have the tools available I used a deburring tool to remove the rough edge on the back side but left the front alone since there wasn't much on that surface and I didn't want to damage the reflective material or coatings. a pass with a utility knife will work just as well, just use caution when doing so.Also the signs came in with square corners, not rounded like the pictures. Not an issue as far as I care but just a comment about the difference between what is shown vs what you may get.Cheaper price and quality versions available from China with long wait times, you could use stick on boat numbers or the black and gold numbers available at the big box stores on something available that won't stand up, screwing individual plastic or metal numbers that cost $7-$12 each to a post that are not as highly visible and fade or tarnish over time.Do yourself a good one and protect you and your family with house numbers that are visible at the street and get these and mount them on a post at the corner of your driveway. Very impressed with the quality and fast service, not the least or most expensive option but definitely the best!!!

After I realized that my house number was not very visible, I shopped for better property identification. None of the local retailers I visited in-person had anything better than what I already had, and were unattractive. So, I looked online and saw this custom product. These signs are the same quality that municipalities use for street signs: highly reflective and the numbers are clearly legible. The purchaser has options on colors, size, configuration, etc. and the price was reasonable. I have had my signs attached to my mailbox post for 2 years and they still look brand new.

Love the different color options (check your local laws, 911 address signs might have to be a particular color). White matched our mailbox, and the 2-sided street sign quality aluminum signs attacked firmly on each side of the 4x4 keeps it safe from snow plow trucks and lawnmowers.PRO: I was very happy to see the larger font for 4# address instead of blank space for longer numbers. These are NOT cheap stickers on a simple background, no cheap numbers stuck to blank 3M reflective tape, it's fully printed in 1 smooth layer, adhered to street sign quality aluminum, perfect!CON: included Drywall screws will rust fast, got some stainless screw and it's perfect! Ship stainless steel screws, or nothing and let the buyer source their own. Drywall screws are terrible, but an easy fix for a great product.
