First off, I paid for this item on my own and am in no way affiliated with the company.I think this is a fantastic chest supported row! I'm 6' 6" and it was completely comfortable and easy to use. The overall machine is long , but surprisingly narrow. So much so that it looks like its no go-to be stable, but it 100% didn't move (I weigh about 230lbs). The ability to move the handles up and down the lifting arm is fantastic. The other bracket they provide for attaching various attachments is great as well.Really don't think you can find a better, more versatile chest supported row for under $300 shipped. Really happy I took a chance on this!Oh, almost forgot to mention, there isn't a lot of assembly to this, but they individually bag the hardware and label it! Super easy and straight forward to assemble. Add this to your home gym and don't look back!

The footprint of this machine might be a tad larger than most of the others out there, but hey, it can be easily adjusted to fit just about any user. I'm six feet tall myself, and I had absolutely no issues making the necessary adjustments. I gotta say, I own several pieces from Mikolo, and let me tell you, they're all top-notch in terms of both build quality and functionality. This t-bar row machine in particular is an outstanding piece of equipment. And get this – it came at an incredible price too! This bad boy is super solid. Contrary to what some folks have claimed, it doesn't wobble one bit. But you do need to assemble it right to get the full benefit and the results you're looking for. All in all, I'm over the moon with this t-bar row machine, and I'm just as happy with all the other purchases I've made from Mikolo. They really know how to make great stuff!
