I plugged the rotisserie motor in and it worked just fine. I was using a 15 lb turkey and it had no problems rotating it. However when I went to shut the lid on my built-in Blaze Grill it would not shut all the way. If the grill would have been free standing it would have worked just fine. However the motor is too tall causing the bar to be elevated and the lid was not able to close. It is too bad because this is a great product.

It is made of a good quality material. It is strong enough that it turns a medium roast with no straining.

I typically BBQ my turkey on Thanksgiving and this motor can handle anything I throw at it. A 20 lb. bird this year turned out perfect.
