Pros: Good finish, design is more ergonomic than other options (the thumb pad is curved in two dimensions, not just one)Cons: Does not fit well in the hotshoe slot, it moves a bit when you apply pressure on the thumb pad. This means it presses into the camera body so it will scratch over time. I solved these problems with electrical tape: one piece on the camera body where the lever would touch it, and one piece on the underside of the piece that goes into the hotshoe slot.
