This is easy to install and holds pencils, pens, paper clips and rubberbands (in plastic organizers). There is enough room on the side for a pair of scissors and a few odds and ends. I just ordered another one for the other side of my desk for other items, because it is compact and takes up no room.

The screws don't fit. They're not long enough. This whole thing is absolutely useless for me. I'm beyond upset. For this much money you'd think I could at least ASSEMBLE it.

Perfect for all those things you don't want on your desk but want nearby. It's also surprisingly sturdy and can hold a lot.

At first this item seemed a bit too expensive for what it is, but after using it for a few months now I can confidently say I love it, and it is a great addition to my desk. My desk does not have any drawers attached to it so I need an easy place for my pens to go, and this was the perfect solution that is hidden, but very functional for my needs.

2 screws to attach the clamp to the tray and you're done. It is sturdy and well made. I am using it to hold all the remotes I have for various tv's and monitors in my office. The hole in the back works nicely for my phone and watch charging cable. I have it attached to the side of a table beside my chair, and the drawer tucks neatly out of the way when I don't need it.

I recently bought this hidden-under-desk organizer, and I'm happy with it. The product is way far worse from the ad description and photos. The patterns on the tray are totally different. It feels cheap when laid on hands and completely not sturdy when pulling the tray out.Will return this for sure.

Product arrived quickly and was exactly as described. Set up was easy to navigate and it feels completely sturdy (we attached to a bedside table). Would have given five stars however despite the product not feeling cheap, it was overall expensive at $54 plus an $8 shipping fee.

See clamp Picture 1, 2, 3, 4. Edit: the pictures shown in the wrong order even though they are posted correctly 😑Picture 1 shows how wide it can go. Picture 2 shows how tight it would go when I first got it. There was something catching the screw mechanism which caused too much friction. Picture 3 is after I applied WD40, a lubricant.I tried using other tools and nothing helped except WD40. Without that, if I kept trying to close it, eventually it would be so tight that it couldn’t move it at all.I like the concept and the sturdiness. If feels larger than the pictures, but it seems like a great size. I was pretty frustrated that it didn’t work out of the box and I was lucky I had some WD40. I took off one star of my review for the difficulty and because the knob had scratches when I received it. It’s possible that someone else had the same issue with this product and sent it back after not being able to work with it.Update December 2023: I still use this basket. It’s a great way to keep small items in one place. I love that it’s magnetic so I can attach magnetic stuff to the side. Never had an issue with the swing mechanism. It can start to bend if items are too heavy, but just keeping pens, small headphones, some chargers, and a few other items is fine.
