I use these at my office to provide patients with a "menu" of our services. I use a dry erase marker to circle what is recommended for each person and it wipes off later. We use these several times per day and clean them between each person and they are not showing signs of wear after 4 months. They are a little flimsy but similar to menus at restaurants in that way and it makes them easier to clean. Working well for my purposes.

I do a project with my students in social studies where they create a hunter-gatherer-style menu in groups after being assigned a region of the world. Last year, I just put them in plastic sleeves to hang them on a bulletin board. This year, I thought that buying actual menu holders would really make the final project look more published. These menu holders are perfect for the project! They feel like they will last in terms of durability. Placing them in these holders will allow me to create a display that isn't on a board, opening up the possibility of highlighting another project. I also ordered a set with a single front/back, but I had many groups who created artistic menu covers or who wanted to break up menu pages by food courses, which made this style of cover more useful. The kids thought these were really fun, and it made the project more real.
