When I received these caps loose I had to double check I didn't accidentally order knock offs lolBut they fit fine. Will update if they leak or something while in use.

We had a ton of medela storage bottles (which also work on the harmony pump). These caps (plus very cheap nipples) let us feed directly from bottles used for storing or pumping.
