Carpet Grippers prevent carpet edges from fraying or curling where carpet meets another flooring surface. Carpet Grippers are easily secured to wood and concrete floors with provided Screw Nails. For installation on concrete floors use Wooden Pegs (sold separately).

Installed properly this thing really grips a carpet. I used it on a 2' 6" x 12 foot runner to anchor the edge leading into a door way. It's a bit of work to hammer/fold the clamp part down onto the carpet. The metal is pretty strong adding to the grip. Held my carpet for years until I had to pull it up for a carpet cleaning service. Cut to desired length with a hacksaw. If you have to take it up it's ruined. It's a once and done product.

Is a very soft material. There are others made of stainless steel.

Easy to cut to size and did the trick of a transition from wood floor to carpet.

Liked the way it held my carpet down next to my tile floor

Was perfect for the threshold from the family room to the concrete floor in the laundry room.

Product arrived timely but was bent. Its condition did not render it unusable. The product was fastened to a concrete floor to create an edge for carpet butting up against a marble threshold. The Carpet Gripper worked out fine.

The old carpet gripper strip was removed when my bathroom floor was replaced. This new one was easy to install. After cutting it to size, nailed it down (nails not included). Used a carpet knee kicker to lightly stretch the carpet over the gripper teeth, then flattened the metal edge using a rubber mallet and a block of wood.
