This is way too flimsy for an elderly person to use.The handrails shake a lot.

The holes to secure the bracket to the back bar seem to be drilled in wrong spot. The bracket that should line up w/toilet bolts does not lie flat when the button locks are lined up. Is anyone else having this problem?
