This is way too flimsy for an elderly person to use.The handrails shake a lot.

The holes to secure the bracket to the back bar seem to be drilled in wrong spot. The bracket that should line up w/toilet bolts does not lie flat when the button locks are lined up. Is anyone else having this problem?

Product is designed poorly. Frame shifts when weight applied to it and feels like its going to fall apart.
