Poor product design. I ordered another one just to see and sure enough same problem. Top portion of handle doesn’t screw in properly so it doesn’t stay in place. I had to tape it together with duck tape ugh 😑

Unless you plan on dust mopping from your knees or are under 3” tall, don’t bother buying this junk. The middle pole doesn’t connect due to the “extender” piece that only twists tighter and can’t come off so you’re left with a 2’ long pole that hardly stays connected as literal gravity will make it fall apart. Reordering does nothing but give you another useless set that can’t even be used because it’s the same piece that doesn’t work. Planning to just buy one at Home Depot to save myself the headache of risking another broken piece of junk coming to my house.

Its actually bigger than expected. The good thing is it is easy to assemble and there are anti slip portion all around which ensure the cloth attachment stays while mopping the floor.It is definitely washable and packable. The built is good, sturdy once u assemble it. Not too heavy, with a good reach.Really love the wide mopping area. Not really ideal for tight and small spaces
