this is very easy to slide onto the handle and will fit nicely over/on top of a custom wrap or skin. the women on our co-ed team really like it, but I think it's a little shorter and more like a "knob" instead of a taper in my hand. that part is subjective though and doesn't take away from the quality or functionality of the product.

Has a slick feel to it. Fits well on my demarini and feels good besides the slick feel. Hopefully after some use it will have some grit feeling to it.
