Needed to replace my back glass because mine got shattered with a rock. I went from having a solid back glass window to the manual slider, and not only was it super easy to do myself, but it fit perfectly. Love the look and the quality, would highly recommend this for your truck.

You may be able to use this window for your 1997 - 2003, but not without some alteration of the window molding (which are expensive if you screw up). I found this out after giving up on a slider and just locating an OEM solid glass. The issue is this window "hangs" or is spaced by two plastic extensions on the plastic window trim that sits behind the glass. I thought the frame on this glass was bent, but the problem is that the glass frame was not manufactured to accommodate the plastic on the trim ring so the window can't seal to the body without the removal of that tab on the trim ring.

I am so happy that installation was very easy. All you do is unbolt the old windshield and bolt on the new windshield. This back windshield is very durable and it allows for me to get more air into the cabin. Having a solid back windshield was not an option after the original shattered. I bought this and installed it myself without having to pay for someone else to do it which was more than 300 plus some top brand windshield companies even quoted me 800 plus. This windshield fit in perfectly!

oh my god this was great buy nice easy put in less half day put in switch glass to slide air flow is great.it slides right way to gap on pass side love it easy put in i.one little drip easy fix 5starrr all dat w bag chips
