The instructions are horrible! I have no idea how to set this up. The video they give is super small and so fast that you can’t keep up. I’m so irritated.

As you can see from the photos, the product came out of the box with scratches, dings dents, and even footprints on it. Several pieces are out of alignment, bowed and bent.It took a lot of time to realign all the parts properly to get the product to work. I would not buy again and I do not recommend.

I needed an inexpensive way to do small numbers of labeled product. Even though the numbers are small, it's a bit tidious doing it by hand, so until the numbers increase, this is the perfect solution for me. It's built very sturdy and was inexpensive. I tested it by labeling a few bottle and it would seem to work well. At this point I am happy with it.
