The card shuffler worked great the first 3 weeks, and then wouldn't shuffle the deck of cards we had been using with it, so I switched decks. It worked inconsistently with all the other card games we were playing, and for the past 2 weeks we haven't played. When we tried it today, it will not work on ANY of our decks.Such a disappointment. I have arthritis in my hands and cannot shuffle by hand. I tried to see if I could return it but it was past the return date...and we purchased it only 6 weeks ago!

Oh boy!! This could not have come at a better time. I actually got this for my kids who don't know how to shuffle yet. However, I just recently injured my thumb severely, and am no longer able to shuffle for a while, it appears. This is amazing. My kids can shuffle and play their games, and when we play as a family, now I can without the pain until I heal.Works great. The right side does LAG.. but not enough to RRALLY complain about. Ovearall... It's a great handy tool!

Unlike a couple other manual shuffler I have purchased in the past, this shuffler actually works. You just need to make sure you don't turn the handle too fast and fairly evenly divide the deck(s) you want to shuffle, and you're all set. It shuffles much faster and more completely than manually shuffle card decks. This is the best I have used and it comes at a good price.

Ordered for my visiting granddaughters from out of country. They were new to playing cards and I thought it would save me having to constantly do the shuffling and thought they'd have some fun with the gadget. Since they're only here for a few weeks, it didn't make since to purchase a more expensive shuffler. However, upon opening the box we found it was missing the extra turning key as advertised and the back of the machine had a crack in it that may have happened during shipping. It works OK but I should have purchased a more expensive battery operated one.

For people who have trouble shuffling cards, this manual shuffler is a big help. I purchased one for myself and then one as a gift for someone who found it useful. My only complaint is that it is expensive probably because it is no longer being manufactured. For myself, I bought a used one for a great price but could not give a used one as a gift. I don't know about durability because I have not had it very long.

The shuffler is a manual design that includes a spare crank fastened to the bottom out of sight. The crank is small and easily removable to minimize breakage potential. The package also came with two cheap decks. These cards were used in the shuffler for test purposes. It worked fine if these cards were placed face up. Regular Bicycle cards shuffled perfectly however :0). The quality of the unit is Ok and should last for a good while. The pricing is reasonable and given Amazon's quick shipping, this shuffler is a good buy :0).

Such a good product! Incredibly helpful for games with lots of cards or the need to shuffle discard piles during game play. No batteries to worry about and very easy to make a correction when it feels like a little card jam is starting. I have even shuffled a sleeved deck with it. Works pretty well. Also got one for my mom (in her mid 70s) to use for bridge club. I think she and her friends really like it too. (The extra handle is attached to the bottom of the shuffler. Only downside is the need to remove the handle if you want to store it in the box. But the handle snaps in and out pretty easily.)

Much better than the battery powered models. Doesn't crimp the cards and if the cards get jammed, all you do is reverse your winder very briefly and continue - Doesn't use batteries - the battery ones die quickly and also jam frequently. I would have given 5 starts if the handle was a little heavier and connected better. They attach a second handle in case this one breaks - skip the cost of the second and make one real good handle - Duh! Don't let the handle thing stop you - this is the best out there at this cost and should give years of shuffling. PS Easy to turn and load.
